events of the second world war have always been an interest to researchers. many believe that iran's foreign policy in this period has failed to adopt appropriate policy for the benefit of the country. some researchers believe that iran's foreign policy is completely independent on the interests of iran. some researchers believe that iran's foreign policy has been to secure national interests. but this article makes hypothesize that iran's foreign policy in this period was not totally passive and did not fully independent.
